Waterlogged.fyi is a crowdsourced archive of urban waterlogging. People drop a pin, name a depth, and leave. No account. No app.
The point is recurrence. A puddle is weather. A street that fills three Julys is infrastructure.
We do not route complaints to municipal bodies. We do not mark a drain “resolved” because an officer said so. If a partnership exists later, it will be named here. Until then this is citizen evidence, public.
